French macarons
Piping, resting and baking the shells, getting the feet right, and making the ganache and buttercream fillings that go between them. You take home what you make.

West Ashley · Every Saturday
A hands-on class with a third-generation chocolatier from Toulouse. Macarons one week, hand-painted chocolates the next. No experience needed — you work with the same chocolate we use in the shop, and take home what you make.
One subject per class, and it alternates every week — so a Saturday is either macarons or hand-painted chocolates, never both. The calendar below says which is which. Booking a private class? You pick.

Friday, Saturday or Sunday. Your party only.
The class is yours — nobody else can book onto it. Birthdays, bachelorette parties, team events. You choose whether you are making macarons or chocolates.
BYOB — bring your own champagne or wine, for either format. A group class seats up to 20. 18+ only — our classes work with hot sugar and tempered chocolate, so they are not suitable for children.
